Baker Dunn Reed is able to facilitate with consulting expertise in the area of Financial Security Investigations, FSI Risk Assessment, Analysis, and Mitigation.

Because of our experience, background and network of contacts in traditional areas such as performance of Due Diligence related services for our clients, we are occasionally called upon by our clients to do Security Investigation Services on a target company or individual. This Investigation process includes researching and collecting Business Intelligence from publicly available sources as well as doing more in depth research such as interviews and on-site investigations.

Investor Relations
Occasionally, some of our Clients have requested of us to provide Investor Relations services.

BDR is in the business of assisting companies in financial advisory, strategic business planning, and investor and public relations services designed to make the investing public knowledgeable about the benefits of investing in our Clients' companies.

BDR has access to certain parties and entities (Investment Banks/Companies, Exempt Market Dealers/Broker Dealers) which would facilitate executing and completing the proposed business transactions required by the Company, namely, the raising of monies for the purpose of growing and expanding business operations of our Clients' companies.
